Polyclonal secondary antibody raised in goat, immunoaffinity-purified using immobilized antigens and conjugated to alkaline phosphatase (AP) enzyme. The IgG molecule has two separate functions, to bind to the pathogen that elicited the response and to recruit other cells and molecules to destroy the antigen. The Anti-Rat IgG (H+L), AP Conjugate antibody binds to both heavy and light chains for all IgG subclasses. 

This product is supplied as a 0.6mg/mL solution. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: 1:5,000—1:50,000 for elisa and western blotting; 1:1,000-1:2,000 immunohistochemistry.
