RNA Sample Loading Buffer is formulated for use in RNA sample preparation for denaturing
formaldehyde-agarose gel electrophoresis. This product is a ready-to-use, 5x loading buffer for RNA agarose gel electrophoresis. Add 4 volume of sample to 1 volumes of RNA Sample Loading Buffer and mix well. Prevent RNase contamination during use.
