Tris-glycine-SDS running buffer is the most commonly used buffer for sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) of proteins. It is usually used for both anode and cathode buffer. It is also used to block membranes with 5% non-fat dry milk for western blotting.

This product is a powder, add distilled water to make the volume to 1L before use. It needs to be used as soon as possible after dissolution.
