Bradford Protein Assay Kit is a ready-to-use, stable formulation of the traditional Bradford assay reagent for measurement of total protein concentration compared to a protein standard. It has the characteristics of high sensitivity, light background and significant color difference, and the measured of protein in low concentration can be intuitive and convenient.

The main ingredient of this product is Coomassie Brilliant Blue G250. It can detect 25ug/ml protein samples, the minimum detectable protein mass reaches 0.5ug, and the sample volume to be tested is 1-20ul.
