2020614日, 南京农业大学的研究团队在《Antioxidant》发表了题为“Non-Esterified Fatty Acid-Induced Reactive Oxygen Species Mediated Granulosa Cells Apoptosis Is Regulated by Nrf2/p53 Signaling Pathway”的研究成果。研究人员发现游离脂肪酸诱导的活性氧可以通过Nrf2/p53信号通路介导颗粒细胞的凋亡。这项研究表明游离脂肪酸的量会直接影响原代培养颗粒细胞的凋亡,活性氧在其中起到了非常重要的作用。这些发现进一步揭示了颗粒细胞的凋亡机制,对提升卵巢功能具有潜在意义。
