助力科研，Biosharp产品登上心脏和心血管系统领域知名杂志《Basic Research in Cardiology》
2021年3月6日，哈尔滨医科大学的研究团队在《Basic Research in Cardiology》发表了题为“SAIL: a new conserved anti‑fibrotic lncRNA in the heart”的研究成果。研究人员发现了一种新型的抗纤维化lncRNA SAIL，其研究结果表明SAIL位于细胞核中，并且通过与SAFB相互作用在调节心脏纤维化中起关键作用，这些发现为心脏纤维化的治疗提供了新思路。
在该研究中使用了Biosharp的Triton X-100、DAPI和4%多聚甲醛。
